MOONSUIT WEAR SARLAU — Registered in Morocco under the trade name MOONSUIT WEAR SARLAU.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting these terms and conditions. "The Company", "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to MOONSUIT WEAR SARLAU. "Party", "Parties" refers to both the Client and the Company. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client, in accordance with applicable Moroccan law.

2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions and pricing at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. An order constitutes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include all applicable taxes (VAT at 20%).

3. PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer

Payment must be completed at or before delivery. For bank transfers, orders will be processed upon receipt of confirmed payment. MOONSUIT WEAR SARLAU is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer shipping across Morocco. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Casablanca: Free delivery
Other cities: Shipping fees calculated at checkout
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days (Casablanca), 3–7 business days (nationwide)

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. MOONSUIT WEAR SARLAU is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or force majeure events.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns are issued as store credit only. No cash refunds.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.

12. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
